Reporting Issues¶
- Check if the issue already exists
- Create a new issue with a clear description
- Use appropriate labels
Requesting New Terms¶
To request a new anatomical term:
- Open a New Term Request
- Provide:
- Preferred term label
- Definition with citation
- Parent class suggestion
- Any relevant synonyms
Making Changes¶
- Fork the repository
- Create a feature branch
- Make your changes to
src/ontology/mma-edit.owl - Submit a pull request
